Ink Cartridges Ads Editor (“the application”) is an internal tool operated by Ink Cartridges Ltd. This policy explains what data the application accesses and how it is used. Last updated: 2 November 2026.
The application is used only by Ink Cartridges Ltd to manage its own Google Ads accounts. It is not available to the public or to other businesses.
When the account owner signs in with Google, the application requests permission to use the Google Ads API (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). Through it, the application reads:
The application does not request or store the signed-in user's Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data. It does not collect personal data about the company's customers.
The data is used only to analyse the company's own advertising and to prepare, review and apply changes that the account owner has approved. The only changes made to Google Ads accounts are those the account owner has approved.
Account data and the sign-in credentials needed to call the Google Ads API are stored in a private database that only Ink Cartridges Ltd can access. Data is sent over encrypted connections. A log of changes made through the application is kept for auditing.
Data obtained from Google APIs is not sold, rented or shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising, profiling or training general-purpose models. The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data is kept for as long as it is needed to manage the company's advertising. Access can be withdrawn at any time from the Google account's third-party access settings. To ask for stored data to be deleted, contact us at the address below.
